@dcordero85 grab some big food cans, get in in front of tv for a exercise show, get moving!! Take the stairs whenever possible, take a walk 10000 steps per day. I used Jenny McCarthys workout thing on the wii and lost 10lbs. I drank a shake by shakeology in mornings, then worked out. A trainer friend of mine says to always eat b4 u work out. no food after 6pm. Theres a old saying eat like a king in the morning, a queen for lunch and a peasant for dinner. I gained 80lbs in my last pregnancy and only lost about 10 in the first year but am well on my way.!! Hope this helps !

Aussicht: Lyssa hat doch ein Bild vom Ausblick aus ihrer neuen Wohnung gepostet, anhand dessen müsste man doch im Earth lokalisieren können, wo das ist. Im Hintergrund ist doch der Diamond Head... und die Wohnblocks...
